Hi, Im Kris.

I decided to start this website because  I understand that women, no matter what age, status, or what situaitons they may be in, NEED friends! Sometimes its hard to find people who truly understand you. Sure, we may have a family that we love very much, but we don't always want them to know EVERYTHING about us. Sometimes the people we work with don't always see eye to eye with us either. On Women's forums, there is no need to walk on eggshells. You aren't here to impress anyone! You can be your true self, and find others who TRULY relate with you.

I have been visiting women's forums for years. I am happy to say that i have made a few VERY good friends this way!

I decided to make my own forum because I found that other sites had limits. They usually had a main theme; Religion, Parenthood, Stay at home Moms, etc. I didnt care much for this. My goal is to build a site for ALL women! Working, single, married, mothers, parents, aunts, sisters, religious, non religious, sick, well, happy, unhappy, rich, poor, etc. This is a site where ALL Women can meet eachother and LEARN about eachother. That is what will make our site much different than the others. (However, I ask of you that we keep things peaceful here at the cabana. We are all women who are here for the same reason. To be understood, and to make friends!)

On a personal note, I have been married to the same man, Casey, since 1990. I have 3 children who are the center of my world. I have held many jobs. Waitress, Preschool Teacher, Substitute School Teacher, Bank Teller, PTA president........you name it, ive probably done it! *L* I have attended college twice. When I was younger, I attended for 2 1/2 years, studying psychology and child development. I have since started again, ( 4 years ago), studying anatomy/radiology with hopes to graduate with a radiology degree in the next year or two.

I was born in California, and have moved back and forth from California to Utah throughout my life.

I love to cook, hike, play piano, TALK, read, write, study, and see new places! I am always busy!
